Option #1

1. Select your items that you would like transferred on the website as you would normally when shopping online. Make sure you are selecting the correct sizes, colours, designs, etc., to ensure we transfer the correct item for you. All items must be available at one location.
2. On the check out page check the box Request a Store Transfer and Select the Location you wish to have the items transferred to.
3. On the following page select Local Pick Up and select the location that the products are currently at (not the location you are transferring the items to). Once your order has been transferred (please expect 5-7 business days) you will receive a pick up notification. Easy peasy!

Option #2 (If Transferring Items From Multiple Locations - This Way Will Take a Bit Longer)

1. Select your items that you would like transferred on the website as you would normally when shopping on the website. Make sure you are selecting the correct sizes, colours, designs, etc., to ensure we transfer the correct item for you.
2. On the check out page check the box Request a Store Transfer and Select the Location you wish to have the items transferred to.
3. On the following page select Shipping and input the discount code STORETRANSFER and check out as normal via shipping. Once your order has been transferred (please expect 7-10 business days) you will receive a pick up notification. Please note that when ordering from multiple locations it may take longer than a typical store transfer (Option #1).

Please note: Local Marketplace orders are not available to be transfered to a storefront for local pick up as they are not stocked in-house by The Local Space and are shipped directly to you. Do you use Option #2 if you have Local Marketplace items in your order or your order will risk being cancelled.
